Job Overview

AlKhidmat Foundation Islamabad Office is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Support Officer to assist in the effective planning, coordination, and execution of ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will contribute to research, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and overall project management support to ensure timely and impactful delivery of program objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of active projects

  • Monitor project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion

  • Analyze and synthesize research findings into concise briefing notes

  • Prepare reports, presentations, summaries, and concept notes

  • Liaise with partners, collaborators, and stakeholders to track follow-up actions

  • Maintain documentation and ensure effective communication within project teams

  • Assist in research, consulting, and community-based initiatives


Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Sociology, Public Policy, International Relations, or a related field

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project support, research, consulting, or community-based projects

  • Strong analytical and writing skills

  • Proficiency in digital collaboration and productivity tools such as Trello, Notion, Canva, or similar platforms

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
