Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Oracle ERP implementation

Job Responsibilities / Expectations:

• Lead Oracle EBS R12 Financials implementation and support initiatives.

• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle EBS configurations.

• Configure and maintain Oracle modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA, eBTax.

• Perform GAP analysis and recommend optimal solutions aligned with industry best practices.

• Conduct system testing, support UAT, and coordinate with technical teams.

• Provide end-user training and prepare comprehensive documentation (user guides, process flows, setup guides, etc.).

• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions in collaboration with technical teams.

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes as required.

Selection Criteria:

• Relevant qualification: B.Com / B.A / BBA (HR, Financial, Project, Supply Chain) / MBA / ICMA / CA

• Proven experience in Oracle ERP implementation
