Position Overview

The ICT Support Executive will be responsible for maintaining IT systems, providing technical support, and ensuring smooth functioning of the hospital’s ICT infrastructure to support daily operations and healthcare services.

Key Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
Candidates with a Master’s degree will be preferred

Experience

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant practical experience in ICT or IT support

Skills & Competencies

Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills
Ability to perform detailed technical tasks with high accuracy
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
