The Instore Manager (T30) is responsible for managing customer accounts and retail operations for designated channels. The role focuses on driving sales growth, strengthening in-store visibility, and ensuring effective execution of trade strategies.
This position plays a critical role in delivering sales targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and operational excellence while collaborating closely with distributors and retail partners.
Drive sales growth and volume targets for assigned accounts.
Improve product visibility and competitive presence in retail stores.
Coordinate with distributors and customers for operational planning and execution.
Lead joint business planning and negotiations with retail partners.
Monitor customer profitability and gross margin performance.
Manage and develop a team of Field Marketing Managers (FMMs).
Ensure achievement of business KPIs and performance targets.
Conduct post-execution analysis and optimize processes using data insights.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1–4 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Strong business and financial understanding.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
Ability to manage market operations and field activities.
Strategic thinking with strong execution capability.
Awareness of market trends and competitor insights.
High level of accountability and action orientation.
