Job Overview

Chase Up is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager – Marketing to support digital marketing, PR initiatives, influencer collaborations, and campaign execution. The role requires strong coordination, analytical skills, and the ability to manage brand reputation across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor social media platforms, community engagement, and customer queries.
Supervise the community management team and ensure adherence to SOPs.
Handle customer complaints, negative feedback, and crisis situations to protect brand reputation.
Lead PR activities, influencer marketing campaigns, and celebrity collaborations.
Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with influencers, agencies, and external vendors.
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for retail and product promotions.
Track and monitor campaign performance, reach, ROI, and budget utilization.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing performance reports.
Coordinate with Operations, Product, Quality, and Management teams to ensure campaign alignment.
Maintain proper documentation, campaign records, and performance analysis reports.
Perform additional tasks assigned by management when required.

Job Requirements

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Sciences, or a related field.

Experience

4–6 years of relevant experience in Marketing, PR, or Digital Marketing.
Hands-on experience in social media management and influencer marketing.
Experience working with agencies, influencers, and marketing vendors.
Prior experience in campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.
Experience in Retail or FMCG industry will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

Knowledge of PR management and influencer marketing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
