Job Overview

Aghosh Homes is seeking a dedicated and responsible Assistant Warden to support the administration in managing residential facilities and ensuring a safe, disciplined, and nurturing environment for children.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Warden/Administrator in the day-to-day management of Aghosh Home
Ensure the overall well-being, safety, discipline, and emotional care of resident children
Supervise daily routines and ensure adherence to the approved schedule
Maintain records, reports, and documentation using MS Office tools
Coordinate with staff and relevant stakeholders for smooth operations
Monitor student behavior and ensure a clean, organized living environment
Oversee inventory and ensure proper implementation of organizational policies

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Graduation or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 1 year in a relevant role
