The Regional Head Sales & Service is responsible for onboarding, developing, and retaining customer accounts across assigned industry segments within the region. The role focuses on driving industry-specific revenue growth, acquiring new business, increasing portfolio adoption (Cloud, DICT/Solutions, Mobility, Fixed/Connectivity), and ensuring high standards of post-sales service. This position serves as the primary commercial contact for customers and acts as the regional sales champion in the field.
Achieve quarterly and annual revenue, gross margin, and new account acquisition targets.
Identify expansion opportunities within named accounts to drive sustainable growth.
Develop and execute a regional sales plan aligned with industry priorities and performance goals.
Drive product portfolio mix by executing cross-sell and upsell strategies across Cloud, DICT/Solutions, Mobility, and Fixed Connectivity offerings.
Ensure accurate account and industry tagging in coordination with internal stakeholders.
Identify market white-space opportunities and prioritize high-potential prospects.
Maintain updated account plans including stakeholder mapping, risk assessment, and reference acquisition.
Lead structured prospecting activities to build a healthy sales pipeline.
Conduct regular deal reviews to improve pipeline coverage, sales velocity, and win rates.
Facilitate discovery sessions covering business, technical, and commercial requirements.
Position integrated end-to-end solutions combining Cloud, Network, and DICT capabilities.
Coordinate with Solutions and Delivery teams for architecture design, demonstrations, PoCs, and proposal development.
Collaborate with CSPs, System Integrators, and ISPs for joint selling opportunities.
Align regional account strategies with Cloud Business and Partnerships teams to leverage partner-generated leads.
Capture insights on customer buying behavior, competitor strategies, and pricing dynamics.
Share feedback with Product, Cloud, and DICT teams to strengthen market offerings.
Ensure timely billing, payment collections, and resolution of commercial disputes.
Work closely with Service Assurance and Delivery teams to manage escalations and improve customer satisfaction outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferably 3–4 years of experience in ICT solution sales and service roles.
Experience in Cloud solutions, solution design, or enterprise technology sales will be an added advantage.
Strong relationship management and consultative selling skills.
Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder engagements.
Excellent communication, planning, and analytical abilities.
