Job Requirements

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Experience

Minimum 7–10 years of hands-on buying experience in ladies ready-made apparel, preferably within a retail or fashion environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective buying strategies for ladies ready-made product categories to drive sales and profitability.

• Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors and suppliers, including negotiations on pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.

• Plan and curate seasonal assortments based on market demand, customer preferences, and brand positioning.

• Conduct fashion trend analysis and competitor benchmarking to ensure relevant product offerings.

• Monitor pricing strategies, margins, and inventory levels to optimize stock turnover and financial performance.

• Collaborate closely with merchandising, planning, and store operations teams to ensure smooth execution of buying plans.
