Packages Group is hiring Supply Chain Manager

👨‍💼 Reporting To: Group Head – Supply Chain

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead, coach, and develop the supply chain team while collaborating with cross-functional departments (Operations, Sales, R&D, Finance)
• Manage and achieve working capital targets set by management
• Oversee procurement of raw materials, chemicals, packaging, and indirect services
• Ensure timely fulfillment of imported and local raw materials, components, and machinery parts
• Identify and introduce cost-effective sourcing options (local & international) in coordination with the technical team

🎯 Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Chemistry, or a related field
• 12–15 years of experience in supply chain management (preferably in chemical or manufacturing sector)
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end supply chain operations
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP MM, PP, etc.)
• Hands-on experience in international procurement, logistics, and trade compliance
• Ability to lead teams and drive operational efficiency

• This role may also report directly to the MD/CEO
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills are essential
