Function: Supply Chain / Procurement
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree / Engineering / MBA
Experience: 1–2 Years

As a Tactical Buyer, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and compliant procurement operations. You will manage the end-to-end purchasing process, from converting purchase requisitions into purchase orders to collaborating with stakeholders and suppliers, while maintaining accurate data and reporting aligned with company standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

Partnering with local business teams to provide operational insights and regular updates
Understanding business needs and translating them into effective procurement plans
Performing spend analysis, data extraction, and identifying process improvement opportunities
Coordinating with local suppliers for development, operational support, and supplier transitions
Supporting sourcing strategies, budgeting, and price planning activities
Assisting in innovation, cost optimization, and compliance with supplier standards and audits

What Will Make You Successful

Solid understanding of procurement or supply chain processes
Ability to interpret stakeholder requirements and deliver timely support
Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
High attention to detail with a focus on compliance and process discipline
Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with SAP/ERP systems is a plus
Problem-solving mindset, ownership attitude, and willingness to learn
