This position is ideal for individuals who excel in building strong client relationships, delivering personalized financial solutions, and driving business growth within the premium banking segment.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 16 years of education in Finance, Marketing, Commerce, Economics, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution
Candidates with a qualification in Islamic Finance will be preferred

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years of relevant experience in a Relationship Management role (mandatory for shortlisting)

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with high-value premium banking customers
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing tailored financial advice and solutions
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through referrals and networking
Cross-sell a wide range of consumer and wealth management products
Ensure exceptional service delivery and a seamless premium customer experience
Drive deposit mobilization and portfolio growth within assigned clientele
Understand client needs deeply and offer Shariah-compliant financial solutions
