We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Executive Inventory Audit professional to join our Inventory Control team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory records, conducting physical stock audits, and identifying discrepancies to maintain operational efficiency and compliance.

Job Requirements 🎓

Qualification:

Graduation in a relevant field (MBA preferred)

Experience:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in inventory auditing, stock control, or warehouse operations

Key Responsibilities ✅

Perform audit tasks for all STRs and GRNs to ensure accuracy and compliance
Conduct regular physical inventory counts across warehouse or store locations
Prepare and maintain physical inventory audit reports
Identify, investigate, and report stock discrepancies or variances
Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and finance teams to resolve inventory issues
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of inventory movements
Support implementation of inventory control procedures and audit standards
Assist in improving inventory accuracy and minimizing stock losses
