Job Overview

READ Foundation is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Officer to support financial operations and ensure compliance with organizational policies and financial regulations. The ideal candidate will contribute to budgeting, financial reporting, and audit support functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements
• Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts
• Support preparation of financial proposals and track project expenditures
• Facilitate internal and external audits related to project finances
• Ensure all financial practices align with organizational standards

Qualifications

• BBA/MBA (Finance) or ACCA

Experience

• Minimum: 3 years
• Maximum: 5 years of relevant experience
