READ Foundation is hiring HR Officer

READ Foundation is seeking a competent and motivated HR Officer to support its human resource operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee management, HR reporting, and organizational development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for project staff
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation and employee records
• Administer employee benefits and coordinate payroll inputs
• Analyze HR data and develop dashboards and reports
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data
• Support organizational development and HR initiatives

Qualifications

• MBA / MPA / MS / BBA in Human Resource Management or a related field

Experience

• Minimum 3 years and maximum 5 years of relevant HR experience
