National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) is hiring Deputy Assistant Director (Technical)

📍 Locations: Kallat | Chaghi | Chaman | Pishin | Sibbi | Barkhan | Zhob
🎯 Age Limit: Maximum 30 Years (including 5 years general age relaxation)

The Deputy Assistant Director (Technical) will be responsible for managing and supporting IT infrastructure, networks, and systems across the Quetta Region. The role requires hands-on technical expertise to ensure smooth operations, system security, and uninterrupted IT services.

🎓 Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (4 years) in:
  • Computer Science
  • Information Technology
  • Software Engineering
  • Or a related field
• Minimum 16 years of HEC-recognized education is mandatory
• HEC-attested degrees are required
• Master’s degree will be considered an added advantage

💼 Professional Experience

• At least 1 year of post-qualification experience in:
  • IT infrastructure operations
  • Networking and communication systems
• Preferred certifications:
  • CCNA
  • Cyber Security
  • Active Directory

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain servers, client machines, and IT systems for optimal performance
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and web-based applications to minimize downtime
• Provide technical support to users (login, access, authentication issues)
• Perform system updates, patch management, and antivirus monitoring
• Maintain incident logs and coordinate with backend teams for issue resolution
• Ensure 24/7 IT support and adherence to defined SLAs
• Implement and enforce IT security policies and compliance standards
• Manage LAN connectivity, including cabling and switch configurations
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and network devices
• Monitor system performance and conduct log analysis
• Configure and support:
  • Routing & Switching
  • Firewalls
  • VLANs & VPNs
• Administer core services such as:
  • DHCP
  • DNS
  • Active Directory
• Conduct pre-deployment technical checks and support audit processes
• Assist in technical evaluations of infrastructure and vendor solutions

🧠 Skills & Competencies

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of network security and endpoint protection
• Familiarity with IT compliance standards and audit procedures
• Ability to work under pressure and provide round-the-clock support
• Effective communication and coordination skills

📍 Job Location
