National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) is hiring Deputy Assistant Director (Technical)

🎂 Age Limit: 30 Years (including 5-year relaxation)

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Deputy Assistant Director (Technical) to support IT infrastructure operations in the Gwadar Region. The role involves managing systems, networks, and providing end-to-end technical support to ensure seamless operations and high system availability.

🎓 Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in:
  • Computer Science
  • Information Technology
  • Software Engineering
  • Or equivalent relevant field
• Master’s degree will be preferred
• Minimum 16 years of HEC-recognized education (mandatory)
• All degrees must be attested by HEC

📍 Job Location

Gwadar Region including:
Turbat | Rakhshan | Gwadar | Awaran

💼 Professional Experience

• Minimum 1 year of relevant post-qualification experience
• Experience in:
  • IT Infrastructure Operations
  • Networking & Communication Systems
• Preferred Certifications:
  • CCNA
  • Cyber Security
  • Active Directory

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain servers and client systems for optimal performance
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Provide technical support for login, access, and authentication issues
• Perform system updates, patch management, and antivirus maintenance
• Monitor systems, maintain logs, and coordinate with support teams
• Ensure 24/7 IT support and timely issue resolution as per SLAs
• Handle LAN troubleshooting, including cabling and switch configurations
• Configure and manage:
  • Routing & Switching
  • Firewalls, VLANs, VPNs
  • DHCP, DNS, Active Directory
• Conduct system monitoring, performance tuning, and log analysis
• Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory standards
• Support audits and documentation requirements
• Participate in technical evaluations and infrastructure planning

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Knowledge of network security and system administration
• Ability to manage multiple systems and platforms
• Understanding of IT compliance and audit processes
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities

📜 Terms & Conditions

1. Position is contract-based with a 6-month probation period (extendable).
