📌 Position Summary
The Business Analyst will support the Business Unit Controller (BUC) in executing end-to-end business planning processes, ensuring high-quality financial deliverables, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
🗂️ Key Responsibilities

Assist in implementing and maintaining structured business planning cycles (MBS, DF, RCR, QIR, I2L)

Ensure transparency in forecasts, risks, opportunities, and performance gaps across the business

Participate in monthly planning meetings to evaluate business performance and key P&L drivers (volume, pricing, shrinkage, etc.)

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, HR, Technical) for accurate financial planning and execution

Conduct scenario analysis and provide actionable insights to support business decisions
-
Identify cost optimization opportunities and highlight value leakages to improve ROI on trade spend (TTS/PFME)

Drive Quarterly Investment Reviews (QIR) in collaboration with Brand & Marketing teams, ensuring pre/post analysis in line with SOPs
-
Prepare and analyze Replacement Cost Runs; present findings to senior leadership and track action plans

Ensure timely preparation of key deliverables including:

Monthly Landing (ML) Comments
-
SPCs and PFME Reports
-
PEC and landing activities
-
Brand Portfolio analysis
-
Impairment cases
