Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Store Manager to lead retail operations, drive sales performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience across assigned outlets.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals
Lead, mentor, and develop store teams through effective training and performance management
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to brand standards
Execute and maintain visual merchandising guidelines to enhance product visibility
Manage inventory, conduct stock audits, and ensure optimal stock levels
Analyze sales data using MS Excel to identify trends and implement corrective strategies

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
3–5 years of retail experience, including at least 2 years in a store management role
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams
Strong communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting, tracking, and sales analysis
