About the Role 🏗️

Idara-e-Taleem-o-Aagahi (ITA) is seeking a skilled School Rehabilitation Engineer to lead and support the rehabilitation of school infrastructure. This role plays a vital part in creating safe, durable, and child-friendly learning environments through effective planning and on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities 🧩

Conduct assessments of school buildings and identify rehabilitation needs
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and technical drawings
Supervise on-site construction and rehabilitation work
Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams
Track progress and submit detailed reports

Eligibility Criteria 🎯

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
2–5 years of relevant experience in construction/rehabilitation projects
Experience in education or community infrastructure is a plus
Strong technical, supervision, and reporting skills
Willingness to travel and work in field locations
