READ Foundation is hiring Assistant Manager Education

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Education, or Linguistics

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the opening of new schools
• Identify school needs and integrate them into the regional annual plan
• Ensure implementation of academic calendars and organizational interventions for academic excellence and character development
• Monitor performance of school staff
• Ensure policy compliance as per organizational and school operational manuals, including audit requirements
• Prepare and submit reports, data, and required documentation

Important Notes:

• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for written tests/interviews
• No TA/DA will be provided for tests/interviews
• READ Foundation reserves the right to cancel or modify the recruitment process
• Preference will be given to local candidates residing in Chilas
