The Relationship Associate will support the line manager in managing SME client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring compliance with banking policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in strengthening and maintaining relationships with existing SME clients and developing new business opportunities

Ensure timely recovery of installments, mark-up, and other bank charges

Promote and sell banking products to achieve assigned KPIs and business targets

Support preparation and processing of credit proposals and renewals in line with SBP Prudential Regulations and Head Office guidelines

Identify target markets to enhance business portfolio

Complete all pre- and post-disbursement documentation, including legal and security formalities

Maintain updated records of insurance policies, stock reports, valuation reports, and financial statements

Ensure timely resolution and regularization of deferrals

Conduct periodic stock verifications and client visits

Prepare and submit business call and visit reports to Regional Business Heads
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:
-
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university
Experience:
-
Minimum 2 years of banking experience
-
Preference will be given to candidates with relevant SME/relationship management experience

Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
