A General Banking Officer at Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. (MMBL) plays a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service and managing day-to-day branch operations. You will handle account opening, process non-financial transactions, manage customer queries, assist with fixed assets and administrative support, and ensure compliance with banking regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver efficient branch services and ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle all operations in the branch including account opening/closure, stop payments, dormancy management, SOA issuance, loan account handling, and Gold Loan assessments.
Manage deceased customer cases, maintain records, and prepare reports for Head Office.
Conduct non-financial transactions accurately and guide customers on bank products and services.
Maintain fixed assets inventory, security stationery, administrative support, and branch registers.
Manage cash operations, cheque book and ATM card custody, and teller backup tasks.
Ensure accurate processing of deposits, withdrawals, cash transfers, and clearing entries.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and refer customers to relevant services.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution in a relevant field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
