Role Summary:
The Manager Sales – Trade is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding the customer portfolio, and leading a high-performing sales team. The role includes coaching, customer relationship management, and strategic planning to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth and increase turnover per customer
• Acquire new potential customers and expand market reach
• Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team for skill enhancement and performance
• Maintain strong collaboration with Head Office and store operations
• Manage customer feedback and maintain accurate customer files
• Analyze customer demands and sales data to implement effective strategies
• Monitor target group performance and define action plans
• Implement and adapt customer strategies for each portfolio

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field
• Proven experience in sales and team management (preferred)
