Job Purpose

The Supervisor – Warehouse will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient delivery processes, maintaining productivity, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders in the correct quantity and specifications
Monitor stock availability and coordinate smooth delivery operations
Conduct market visits twice a week to ensure SOP compliance and gather customer feedback
Verify daily fuel consumption, transactions, and maintain proper documentation
Ensure optimal productivity and utilization of delivery vehicles
Handle and resolve customer complaints related to delivery issues
Promote company products, especially private label brands
Supervise warehouse staff including pickers, loaders, and delivery personnel
Review and approve daily operational activities of the team
Monitor team performance and identify productivity gaps
Train and coach team members to enhance skills and performance
Ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 4–6 years of relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations

Knowledge of warehouse operations and delivery systems
