Program Overview

The Unilever Future Leaders Program (UFLP) is a prestigious global leadership development initiative designed to build future leaders of the organization.

This is an 18-month rotational program where selected candidates gain hands-on experience through real business challenges, cross-functional exposure, and structured learning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Work on live business projects from day one
Gain exposure to core HR functions and organizational operations
Develop leadership and people management skills
Understand product development, marketing, and sales processes
Contribute to sustainability and business growth initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and industry experts

Eligibility Criteria

Graduating students of 2025
Professionals with up to 2 years of experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for business operations and leadership development
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
