Job Overview

Meezan Exchange Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Booth In-Charge to manage daily branch operations and ensure smooth, secure foreign currency exchange services. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, leadership skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Intermediate or Graduate from an HEC-recognized institute/university
Preference will be given to candidates with a qualification in Islamic Finance

Experience Required

At least 2 years of relevant experience in foreign currency dealing

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily booth/branch operations ensuring efficiency and compliance
Supervise foreign exchange transactions with accuracy and security
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies
Coordinate with Regional and Head Office to achieve business targets
Lead, guide, and support staff for optimal performance
Handle customer queries professionally and resolve issues promptly
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of foreign exchange rates and global financial markets
Familiarity with currency regulations and compliance standards
High level of integrity and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in financial systems and software
