Job Overview

Qualification

Master’s degree in Educational Leadership & Management or a relevant field.

Experience

10–12 years of overall professional experience.
Minimum 5 years in teaching roles.
At least 7 years in education administration or leadership positions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic plans to improve academic performance and overall school effectiveness.
Ensure high-quality curriculum delivery, teaching standards, and student assessment processes.
Drive student admissions, enrollment growth, and retention through effective outreach and engagement strategies.
Oversee daily school operations including budgeting, resource management, infrastructure, and compliance.
Lead and mentor academic and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture.
