Unilever is seeking an Operations Lead – Home Care to oversee and optimize our high-volume manufacturing operations. This role reports to the Works Director Home Care and is accountable for engineering, utilities, facilities, palletisation, and overall manufacturing performance, ensuring top-quality output while meeting hygiene, safety, and cost targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of a flexible, high-volume manufacturing plant.
Support and drive the manufacturing team, fostering continuous improvement initiatives.
Enhance process yields, efficiency, and performance through systems, equipment, and people development.
Monitor results, implement corrective actions, and optimize production costs.
Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and Unilever standards.
Lead change initiatives and build a high-performance culture across teams.
Collaborate across supply chain and other functions to meet business needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (minimum).
3–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments.
Managerial experience in high-volume production with a focus on quality, hygiene, and safety.
Strong communication, team collaboration, and organizational skills.
