Job Description
The Department Executive – HR will play a key role in managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. Key responsibilities include:

Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations across the campus
-
Address grievances promptly while ensuring confidentiality and fairness
-
Support conflict resolution through counselling and mediation
-
Maintain records of employee relations cases, disciplinary actions, and documentation
-
Investigate misconduct and policy violations in coordination with stakeholders
-
Prepare investigation reports and recommend disciplinary actions aligned with policies
-
Coordinate domestic inquiries, including disciplinary and anti-harassment committees
-
Refer financial misconduct cases to Internal Audit and patient complaints to relevant departments
-
Monitor and ensure compliance with corrective actions
-
Ensure proper implementation of employee relations policies and procedures
-
Stay updated with labor laws and regulatory requirements
-
Support audits and provide necessary HR data/reports
-
Conduct employee degree verification and reference checks
-
Deliver Indus Code of Ethics (ICOE) awareness sessions
-
Prepare reports on employee relations trends and outcomes

Maintain strict confidentiality in all HR matters

Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor
