🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Support the development of a strong Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to attract top talent
Build and promote employer branding to position the company as an employer of choice
Assist in designing and executing employee engagement strategies & programs
Coordinate with third-party vendors to conduct annual engagement surveys
Analyze survey results and collaborate with leadership on action plans for improvement
Organize social activities & engagement events to enhance collaboration and morale
Manage the annual social and internal communication calendars
Develop engaging internal communication content as per schedule
Promote employee wellbeing initiatives to improve satisfaction and productivity
Oversee employee suggestion programs and ensure proper evaluation processes
Implement recognition programs that celebrate employee achievements
Contribute to HR policy development in line with regulatory requirements
Stay updated with modern trends in employee engagement and workplace culture

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree with 4–6 years of relevant experience
OR
Postgraduate degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience
