This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, contributing to strategic planning, coordination, and operational efficiency within the Investment Banking division.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

🔹 Administrative Support

Manage the Head of IBG’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
Prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items
Handle confidential correspondence and documentation
Maintain organized records and filing systems

🔹 Business Planning & Reporting

Assist in developing and monitoring business strategies
Prepare presentations, reports, and summaries for stakeholders
Track departmental goals and ensure alignment with overall strategy
Monitor timelines, deliverables, and provide regular progress updates

🔹 Coordination & Communication

Serve as a central point of contact for IBG communications
Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Treasury, Risk, Compliance)

🔹 Process Optimization

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and workflows
Assist in drafting policies, procedures, and operational guidelines

🔹 Travel & Logistics

Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries
Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

📚 Qualification:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university

💼 Experience:

2–4 years of relevant banking or non-banking experience
Preference for candidates with similar role exposure

🎂 Age Limit:

Up to 55 years (as of application date)
