We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager – Mini Stores to oversee multi-store operations across Karachi. The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence, strong sales performance, and high-quality customer service across all assigned outlets.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of multiple mini stores within the region
• Ensure achievement of sales targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks
• Supervise, train, and develop store managers and frontline teams
• Maintain strong inventory control and ensure operational compliance
• Implement company standards for customer service and in-store experience
• Identify operational gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives

🎓 Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred)

💼 Experience

• 5–8 years of retail operations experience
• Multi-store management experience is mandatory
• Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and team management skills
