DHA Multan is seeking a motivated and performance-driven Sales Executive to join its Marketing team. The role focuses on driving sales, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships. The selected candidate will play a key role in achieving sales targets and contributing to the organization’s revenue growth and strategic objectives.

📋 Key Responsibilities

Generate sales leads and explore new business opportunities for DHA Multan projects
Conduct meetings with potential buyers, investors, realtors, and business partners
Provide detailed project information including pricing, payment plans, and offers
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Maintain regular follow-ups and convert inquiries into successful sales
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Assist in organizing sales events, open houses, and promotional campaigns
Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly
Conduct market visits and competitor analysis to identify trends
Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients
Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and provide after-sales support
Coordinate with internal departments for bookings, transfers, and documentation
Represent DHA Multan in exhibitions, meetings, and promotional activities
Deliver effective sales presentations to clients and stakeholders

🎓 Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA/BBA preferred)
2–5 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, real estate, or business development
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and sales reporting tools
Preference for candidates with experience in real estate sales and client relationship management
