We are seeking a qualified and proactive Health & Safety Officer to promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.

📋 Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement health & safety policies and procedures
Conduct regular risk assessments and workplace inspections
Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions
Provide safety training and awareness sessions to staff
Monitor compliance with safety regulations and standards
Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports
Promote continuous improvement in workplace safety practices

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
Certifications: NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent (highly preferred)
Experience:
- Total Experience: 5–8 years
- Relevant Experience: 3–5 years in a similar role
Strong understanding of health & safety regulations
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
