🏢 Function: Finance & Control
Main Purpose of the Role:
The role focuses on delivering financial insights and governance across Supply Chain operations by acting as a strategic partner between Finance and Supply Chain teams. It aims to strengthen cost control, support data-driven decision-making, and drive continuous improvement—especially in optimizing distribution costs.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as a Finance Business Partner to the Supply Chain function, providing actionable financial insights for operational and strategic decisions.

Represent Supply Chain within the Finance Management team, collaborating with departments such as Taxation, Treasury, Planning & Control, and Decision Support.

Act as the Finance & Control representative within the Supply Chain team, working closely with Customer Service, Procurement, Physical Logistics, and Supply Chain Development.

Lead and support initiatives focused on distribution cost optimization and operational efficiency.

Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial objectives with business execution.

Ensure compliance with company accounting standards, internal policies, and governance frameworks.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:

CA / ACCA / ACMA / MBA (Finance) or Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting
Experience:

3–5 years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting

Prior exposure to Supply Chain Controlling, Logistics, or Procurement is preferred

Experience in cross-functional projects or initiatives will be an advantage
