🚀 About the Program (UFLP)

The Unilever Future Leaders Program (UFLP) is an 18-month rotational leadership development program designed to build future leaders.

As a Management Trainee, you will:

Work on real business challenges from Day 1
Gain exposure across key supply chain functions
Develop leadership and business acumen
Learn how products are made, managed, and delivered
Build strong people management and professional skills
