The Clinical Psychologist will play a key role in enhancing employee mental health, emotional resilience, and overall workplace wellbeing by providing confidential psychological support and leading organizational wellness initiatives.

  • Provide confidential one-on-one counseling sessions to employees
  • Support staff dealing with stress, burnout, anxiety, grief, and workplace challenges
  • Deliver short-term therapeutic interventions and coping strategies
  • Design and implement employee well-being programs and initiatives
  • Conduct stress management and resilience-building workshops
  • Develop and execute mental health awareness campaigns
  • Offer immediate psychological support during critical incidents
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership for structured follow-ups
  • Advise management on psychosocial risks and workplace wellbeing factors
  • Contribute to employee wellness and workplace conduct policies
  • Support organization-wide Psychological First Aid training programs
