🎯 Key Responsibilities

Design and execute territory and distribution plans for UCS campus expansion in Northern Region
Present and promote the UCS franchise model to potential investors and partners
Develop and implement growth strategies to increase revenue and business reach
Manage and expand the franchise campus network through market research and competitive analysis
Conduct market surveys, competitor benchmarking, and customer analysis to identify new opportunities
Develop a strong marketing information system (market data, competitor intelligence, target segments, etc.)
Plan and execute marketing and communication campaigns to generate investor leads
Ensure strict monitoring and achievement of business KPIs and performance targets
