A healthcare facility is seeking a Female Attendant (Aya) to support maternal and child health (MCH) services. The role focuses on assisting healthcare staff, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring the comfort and well-being of women, newborns, and patients within the facility.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Assist LHVs during patient examinations, deliveries, and minor procedures
Support pregnant women and mothers during antenatal and postnatal care
Help in handling and caring for newborns under supervision
Manage patient flow for ANC, PNC, and family planning services
Maintain cleanliness of OPD, waiting areas, labor rooms, and delivery tables
Assist in patient movement, positioning, and general care
Support sterilization of instruments and ensure hygiene standards
Ensure proper waste disposal as per IPC protocols
Observe and report any changes in patient condition
Maintain respectful, culturally sensitive behavior with patients and attendants
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor

📌 Job Requirements

Preferably a local resident of Pishin or Killa Saifullah
Prior experience in hospitals, clinics, or maternity care settings is a plus
Basic knowledge of hygiene and patient care practices
Physically fit for routine caregiving tasks
Good interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate attitude
