🎓 Qualification:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Professional HR certifications (SHRM, CIPD) will be an added advantage

💼 Experience:

4–6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Retail or FMCG sector
Experience supporting multi-location retail operations and large frontline workforce
Strong expertise in employee relations, performance management, and HR operations

Act as a key HR Business Partner for store management and operations teams
Support recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning for retail stores
Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management initiatives
Manage employee relations including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and labor law compliance
Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to improve workforce productivity
Coordinate training, development programs, and succession planning for retail staff
