💼 Key Responsibilities

Support and implement the People Strategy for Beauty & Wellbeing PTAB
Drive organizational development, workforce planning, and transformation initiatives
Partner with business leaders on talent management and succession planning
Lead key HR cycles including performance management and annual pay review
Deliver data-driven insights to support business decisions
Contribute to building future-ready capabilities (digital, AI, social-first mindset)
Manage cross-functional HR projects aligned with strategic priorities
Support change management across multiple geographies

🎯 Requirements

Experience & Qualification

Minimum 6 years of HR experience with proven delivery
Experience in end-to-end project management
Background in HR business partnering or organizational development preferred
