We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle transactions efficiently, provide excellent service, and maintain accuracy in cash handling operations.

Job Requirements

🎓 Qualification:

Minimum Matric or Intermediate
Basic knowledge of mathematics and computer operations
Strong communication and customer service skills
Honest, responsible, and flexible to work in shifts

💼 Experience:

0–1 year of relevant experience in retail or customer service
Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply
Familiarity with cash handling and POS systems is a plus

Key Responsibilities

Process customer transactions accurately (cash, card, digital payments)
Maintain and reconcile the cash drawer on a daily basis
Deliver friendly and efficient customer service
Handle refunds and exchanges according to store policies
Keep the checkout area clean and organized
Assist customers with packing items and managing queues
Follow company SOPs and loss prevention guidelines
