• Provide moral and ethical upbringing (Tarbiyah) to students
• Take care of junior Aghoshians in hostel environment
• Ensure daily routine is followed as per schedule
• Act as a motherly figure ensuring emotional well-being
• Provide round-the-clock care and support to assigned children
• Maintain a safe, disciplined, and nurturing environment
