Job Description

Process and execute vendor and internal payments including bank transfers, cheques, and online transactions
Ensure all payments are processed accurately and within defined timelines
Verify all payment details and supporting documents before execution
Maintain proper records of all financial transactions and payments
Coordinate with internal departments for payment-related queries
Monitor payment schedules and ensure timely disbursements
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy in payment processing
Ensure correct deduction and timely deposit of withholding taxes in compliance with FBR and relevant provincial authorities (e.g., SRB, PRA)
Ensure full compliance with company policies and internal financial controls
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor / Head of Department
