We are seeking a skilled and analytical Energy Management professional to support efficiency and sustainability initiatives across industrial operations. The role focuses on optimizing energy usage, improving system performance, and driving cost-effective solutions across production and utility departments.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive energy audits across all business units to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities

Monitor and analyze energy performance indicators, KPIs, and baseline consumption trends

Evaluate industrial systems, utilities, and production processes to recommend energy-saving and cost-reduction strategies

Support optimization initiatives across spinning, weaving, processing, and power plant operations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement energy efficiency projects

Ensure compliance with applicable energy regulations and industry standards

Prepare technical reports and presentations on energy performance and improvements
Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical)

3–5 years of relevant experience in industrial energy management or plant operations

Strong understanding of industrial processes, electrical systems, and power utilities

Proficiency in energy monitoring tools and data analysis techniques

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical reporting skills
