🗂️ Reporting To: Manager Production

🔧 Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise complete operations of all machines in the conversion area
• Plan and execute daily production schedules to ensure optimal manpower utilization
• Ensure smooth machine availability and correct settings for efficient operations
• Maintain product quality and make necessary adjustments to meet standards
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to prevent breakdowns
• Train, mentor, and guide machine operators and support staff
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health, safety, and regulatory requirements

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications:

• DAE (Mechanical/Electrical) with 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Strong leadership and troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings
• Excellent planning, communication, and problem-solving abilities
