The Management Trainee Officer (MTO) will support HR operations while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, organizational policies, and administrative processes. The role also involves contributing to sustainability and environmental initiatives.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Corporate Director HR & OD in environmental and sustainability initiatives, including:
  • Alliance for Water Stewardship programs
  • Tree plantation drives
  • Waste management projects
  • Monitoring beef consumption and GHG emissions
• Support the General Manager HR & OD in day-to-day HR operations such as:
  • Recruitment and onboarding
  • Employee separation processes
  • EOBI-related documentation
  • Employee engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with statutory records and HR policies
• Identify gaps and support corrective actions where required

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Education (At least one required):

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Master’s in Environmental Sciences

Experience:

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience
