Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Territory Sales Manager – Trade who will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding customer base, and managing key trade relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver key performance indicators (KPIs) and achieve sales & margin targets
Identify, register, and develop new customers in line with business schedules
Explore market opportunities and expand customer network through field visits
Manage a dedicated customer portfolio, ensuring strong engagement and satisfaction
Handle customer credit, complaints, and feedback effectively
Collaborate with procurement and operations teams for customized solutions
Conduct both direct (visits, calls) and indirect (networking) sales activities
Maintain accurate records of customer progress and sales tracking
Ensure professional and ethical conduct in all sales operations

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Minimum 6+ years in sales, preferably in FMCG, wholesale, or trade sector
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work in a target-driven and field-based environment
