🎓 Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
• MBA preferred

• Category & Commercial Management: Ability to drive sales, margins, and overall category success
• Data Analysis & Insights: Strong analytical skills with expertise in sales trends and forecasting
• Assortment Planning & Merchandising: Capability to curate the right product mix based on customer demand

💼 Experience

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in category management, merchandising, or buying within the retail industry
