🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Computer Science or a related field from an HEC-recognized university
Certifications in UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Platform, AI/ML, or Project Management are highly desirable
Knowledge or certification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage

💡 Required Skills

Strong expertise in RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere)
Understanding of AI/ML, OCR, NLP, and automation workflows
Process mapping, reengineering, and optimization capabilities
Strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and documentation skills
Familiarity with compliance and governance standards

📈 Experience

2–4 years of relevant experience in:
- Digital Transformation
- Process Improvement
- RPA / AI-based solutions
- IT or automation projects
Experience in banking or financial services will be preferred
Proven ability to deliver automation projects from concept to deployment
